Description/Process of Position:

• Follow all Health & Safety Rules
• Follow process plan for Casting Department
• Review Work Orders to verify Information
• Set up and Cast product as per Department Process Plan
• Inspect product for damage or defects and Report
• Machine Urethane, Steel or Aluminum Bushings and Plugs for Casting set ups
• Demold Rollers and Follow Complete Bushing Process Plan
• General Cleaning and Organization of Casting Department
• Complete Required Fields in Work Order Program when applicable
• Complete scheduled Machine Maintenance and maintain clean and organized Work Centers

Shift hours:

• Straight Day Shift:
  • 7:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday
  • 7:00am-3:30pm Friday
