Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- 2-5 years payroll experience (ADP preferred)
- Solid understanding of payroll practices to include governing laws/legislation
- Review bi-weekly timecards
- General maintenance – pay changes, bonuses, new hires, terminations, benefit deductions, retirement savings plan, address changes, time off allowances, create work schedules, etc.
- Create reports and analytics
Human Resources (broad knowledge of HR functions):
- 2-5 years HRG experience
- Full cycle recruiting
- Employee relation activities
- Administering company policies and practices
- Training & Development
- Performance Mgmt.
- Good knowledge of labor laws
- Minimum – HS Diploma
- HR Certification is a plus!
- Attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Confidential with trusted information
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Success Factors (SAP) experience is a plus!
