Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: $70k


  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
  • 2-5 years payroll experience (ADP preferred)
  • Solid understanding of payroll practices to include governing laws/legislation
  • Review bi-weekly timecards
  • General maintenance – pay changes, bonuses, new hires, terminations, benefit deductions, retirement savings plan, address changes, time off allowances, create work schedules, etc.
  • Create reports and analytics

Human Resources (broad knowledge of HR functions):

  • 2-5 years HRG experience
  • Full cycle recruiting
  • Employee relation activities
  • Administering company policies and practices
  • Training & Development
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Performance Mgmt.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws


  • Minimum – HS Diploma
  • HR Certification is a plus!

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Success Factors (SAP) experience is a plus!
