IS2 Workforce Solutions is looking for an Onsite Service Representative for our client, a nationally recognized distributor of industrial, safety and fastener products located in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Apply today! You could start working as soon as next week.

RESPONSIBILITIES include

• Inventory management and demand planning within multiple customer locations.
• Receive and control stock in designated customer locations.
• Monitor product stocking levels & placement of stocked goods.
• Meet regularly with customers to ensure needs are being met and products are available.
• Follow designated route as defined by routing software application and tracking tools
• Document standard operating procedures at customer locations.
• Inform customers of new inventory solutions and services available to benefit their business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background checks and drug screening may be required.
• Valid driver’s license in province of residence.
• May be required to use a personal vehicle for transportation.
