Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00 / hourly (depending on experience)

Shift Times: Day / Afternoon Shift

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supervise daily shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce
• Lead and mentor teams within the Shipping Department
• Implement shipping policies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve shipping-related issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards

WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:

• Minimum 3 years experience in shipping or logistics, preferably in fresh produce
• Experience with ERP inventory systems and adherence to HACCP guidelines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Forklift and pallet jack equipment experience required
