We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined Shop Hand to support day-to-day operations in the shop. The ideal candidate enjoys working with tools, assisting technicians, and performing general labour tasks. This role is hands-on and requires someone who learns quickly and works well in a team environment.

Job Title: Shop Hand
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24–$26/hr (based on experience)

Location: Leduc

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bolting/unbolting, assembling, and disassembling parts using wrenches, sockets, and hand tools
• Support technicians with mechanical tasks and shop projects
• Help maintain equipment and prep tools as needed
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Move materials and parts throughout the shop
• Perform general labour duties as assigned
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on tool experience
• Comfortable using wrenches, socket sets, and basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Hydraulic experience is an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Steel-toe boots required
