Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 (based on experience)

Shift Time(s): Days & Afternoons

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Consults customer prints in order to execute jobs and tasks to specification
• Assesses equipment, structures, materials, and job specifications for appropriate welding positions and methods
• Monitors equipment for appropriate usage and temperature
• Maintains CWB standards and specifications.
• Observe and follow RIPCO ISO Standards
• Develops working knowledge of welding specifications used for welding a variety of materials and components
• Operates specialized equipment for industrial welding.
• Trims metal components using heat, grinding, and plasma torches.
• Follows safety protocol, including wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
• During operations Operator will be required to maintain cleanliness of the machine and workspace
• Communicates all production related items to next shift operators or shift supervisors.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:

• 1 year of welding experience
• Great energy & a positive attitude
• The ability work independently or in a team

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Properly administer, mix, blend, and match paint colours
• Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns
• Carry out proper examination upon completion of painting
• Ensure equipment and hand tools are properly maintained
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:

• Previous painting experience preferred but willing to train the right person
• Attendance is a must and reliability
• Must have transportation to Tillsonburg
