Please note that IS2 will not be mailing out T4s for 2020 to all employees.* After February 28, 2021, IS2 Employees can download a digital (PDF) version of their T4 through our secure employee portal.
Here are the instructions on how to access your T4 using the IS2 Employee Portal
Getting your T4 through the Employee Portal
Step One
Log into your Employee Portal* using your user name and password. (This is the same place you go to view your pay stubs.) You can find the link to the Employee Portal in the top right-hand corner of this screen or at the bottom of this tutorial.
Step Two
Select ‘Pay History’.
Step Three
Select T4.
Step Four
Click to view and/or download your T4.
Please note, you can also access this information by clicking ‘Update Info’ – simply log into your account and click the ‘Additional Information’ icon.
Resetting your password in the Employee Portal
Step One
If you can’t remember your password for the Employee Portal, click the ‘Can’t Access Account’ link.
Step Two
Fill in your user name and click ‘Submit’.
Step Three
Enter the answers to your account security questions and hit ‘Submit’. You will now be able to change your password.
Retrieving your user name in the Employee Portal
Step One
If you can’t remember your user name or password, fill our your first and last name, as well as either your email address or the last 4 digits of your SIN.
Step Two
Enter the answers to your account security questions and hit ‘Submit’. Our system will send a verification code and a link to reset your account information to the email address you registered with. This may take up to 5 minutes.
Step Three
Click the link in the email and create a new user name and password. Login with this information and follow the steps outlined at the top of the page (Getting your T4 through the Employee Portal).
