Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 / annually

Location: Edmonton, AB

Shift: Monday- Friday7:30am – 4:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading and supervising the warehouse and shipping/receiving team
• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and couriers
• Maintaining accurate inventory records using Microsoft AX
• Ensuring raw materials are delivered to the production floor in a timely manner
• Inspecting incoming goods, reporting damages, and labeling inventory
• Collaborating with sales, purchasing, and production departments
• Conducting inventory counts and investigating discrepancies
• Implementing 5S principles and continuous improvement strategies
• Training, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews for warehouse staff
• Ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
• Hiring and onboarding new team members to maintain appropriate staffing levels

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO QUALIFY:

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse and shipping/receiving experience in a fast-paced environment
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Forklift certification with 3+ years of operating experience
• Proficiency with inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and multitasking ability
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
