IS2 Burlington is hiring a Logistics Associate!

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with provisioning, kitting, assembly, distribution, and inventory management. You’ll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate product fulfillment in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and overall supply chain objectives.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while helping us meet our operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Ship orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Display a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all team members, making a positive effort to aid other associates.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively
• Show initiative to improve processes by putting forth creative ideas
• Demonstrate reliable attendance to avoid a work imbalance with other team members
• Manage assigned ticket queues/mailboxes effectively and efficiently
• Kits devices accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations

Work Environment:

• Seated
• Temperature controlled warehouse
• At computer station for duration of shift

Competencies:

• Tech savvy
• Comfortable with computers, technology, and mobile devices
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office

Day shift: Pay is $22-$24/hour
