We’re recruiting for a skilled, reliable, and farm-savvy Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic to keep our agricultural equipment in top condition and our fields running strong. You’ll be the unsung hero behind every successful harvest.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, harvesters, sprayers, and skid steers.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to minimize downtime during peak farming seasons.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders efficiently.

Requirements

• Red Seal in Heavy-Duty Equipment (310T)
• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with agricultural or off-road equipment
• Strong skills in diesel engine diagnostics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with equipment from major manufacturers such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, or Kubota is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, repair manuals, and technical bulletins.
• Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Access to reliable transportation as this location is not transit accessible*
