Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking to be part of a growing, fast-paced team? A leading IT cabinet manufacturing facility in Richmond Hill is currently seeking a General Labourer to join their dynamic production team. 

In this hands-on role, you’ll be assembling, inspecting, and packaging high-quality IT cabinets and components. If you enjoy working with tools and take pride in precision and teamwork, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble IT cabinets and components using hand and power tools, based on detailed instructions and engineering drawings
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and completeness (checking for defects or missing parts)
• Package finished products securely with proper materials and accurate labeling for storage or shipment
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper use and storage of tools
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve assembly issues

Qualifications:

• Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, riveters) and power tools
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions clearly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed

Shift Times: 

• 6:00AM-3:00PM Mon-Friday $19/hour
• 3:00PM- 1:30AM Mon-Thursday $19/hour +$1 Afternoon Premium
