IS2 Workforce Solutions is looking for Red Seal Journeyman Welders to support one of our trusted Calgary clients. If you take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship, this is the opportunity for you!

Job Types: Casual & Temporary to Permanent

Work Location: SE Calgary/Rocky View, In person

Pay Rate:  $40-$42/ hour

Schedule:   Monday – Saturday: 0600-1430 or 1500-233 (Overtime Available)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform structural and fabrication welding to code and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to spec.

What We’re Looking For:

• Journeyman Welding Certification with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous oil & gas, fabrication, or construction industry background is often a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Welders must commit to being clean shaven at all times.
