We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Swamper to assist with various labor tasks in support of drivers, operators, and site crews. The Swamper will be responsible for helping load and unload materials, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers and operators with loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
• Secure loads for transport and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Help spot vehicles and equipment during maneuvering and setup
• Clean and maintain work areas, vehicles, and tools
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
  • Steel toe shoes & safety vest
• Support the team with other tasks as directed by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with handling alcohol
• Have experience using dollies
• Previous labor or industrial experience an asset
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
