Join a leading industrial and geotechnical solutions company! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Coordinator to support project operations and ensure accurate financial processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review purchase orders and contracts; confirm details with legal and invoicing requirements.
  • Enter quotations and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate shipping/customs documentation with the materials team.
  • Provide customer service support and resolve inquiries.
  • Review timesheets and enter data into QuickBooks for project allocation.
  • Reconcile expenses and maintain accounting accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
