Join our Milton team operating Reach and Dockstocker forklifts to handle palletized goods, replenishments, and dock operations with safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach and Dockstocker forklifts to move product in racking and dock areas
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and case/pallet picking
• Load/unload trailers; verify BOLs and labels
• Conduct pre-shift inspections; report maintenance needs
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and safety KPIs

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification (Reach & Dockstocker)
• 1+ year experience on reach/dockstocker in a warehouse setting
• Strong spatial awareness and comfort with narrow aisles/high racking
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
