Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the HVAC bidding phase during tendering
  • Finalize and compile tender documents for review and submission
  • Support sub-contract, proposal, and estimating strategies
  • Apply technical experience to interpret documentation, specifications, and drawings
  • Prepare BOMs to support procurement requirements
  • Review and evaluate vendor and sub-contractor quotes
  • Work with the Construction Manager to select equipment and subcontractors for projects
