Shipper/Receiver in Cambridge | (2025-08-20)

IS2 is hiring a full-time Shipper / Receiver –  Cambridge


| Pay Rate: Competitive | Schedule: Monday to Friday, office/warehouse environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery by coordinating shipments, tracking outbound/inbound goods, and assisting with delays
  • Receive, inspect, and document all incoming goods in the ERP system
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (domestic and international)
  • Package goods securely to prevent transit damage and follow customer-specific instructions
  • Support technicians to maintain productivity and minimize production downtime
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, health & safety regulations
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 7S practices
  • Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other departments
  • Complete reports on shipping and receiving performance as required

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Achieve 95% or higher on-time dispatch rate
  • Ensure 100% courier SLA compliance and accurate receiving documentation
  • Achieve zero customer complaints regarding packaging or transit damage

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., E10) is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including domestic and international documentation

Day Shift and Afternoon Shift (Straight Shift): Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $18.50 to $20.00/hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

Production:

  • Always wear and maintain appropriate PPE
  • Prep parts
  • Load and unload items
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Package finished products
  • Perform other general tasks as required

Work Environment:

  • Labor-intensive, fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Team-oriented and safety-focused culture

Communication:

Double Walkie Forklift Operator in Elora | $24.15/hr (2025-08-18)

Are you looking for a job? IS2 Cambridge has an amazing opportunity for you. We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator starting soon in Elora!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Forklift movements
  • Warehousing experience
  • Double walkie, reach, dock stocker required
  • Inventory counts
  • Pick & Pack items
  • Create inventory transfers as needed
  • Receive and ship goods
  • Wrap and prepare products for shipping
  • Able to commit to a flexible work schedule, including overtime and weekends when required.
  • Works 100% of their time on the warehouse floor, walking, standing, and bending.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly and safely.
  • Recognize that work hours and location may change.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Warehouse experience
  • Valid Forklift certification and comfortable with daily use
  • Two (2) years warehouse experience, with one year’s operating material handling equipment (MHE) with a proven track record for safety.
  • Previous experience with RF based Warehouse Management System (WMS) or voice recognition system would be an asset
  • Proficient in email and fundamental inventory transfers
  • Good understanding of warehouse flow
  • Works well with the team
  • Reliable candidate
  • Heavy lift may be required (max. 50 lbs.)
  • Health & Safety conscious

MUST HAVE: One or a combination of the following equipment experience and certification – Raymond Reach, Dock Stocker, and/or Double Walkie.

    • 1300 – 1500 cases per day $0.12
    • 1500 cases + $0.18

  • 6:45 am – 2:45 pm
  • 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
  • 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (starting in January)
