We are hiring a skilled and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic and growing customer site in Toronto!This organization is a leading distributor of natural and manufactured tiles, stone, and wood products.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work closely with the warehouse team to drive performance, ensure operational efficiency, and foster a collaborative work environment. This role requires proven leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader with strong knowledge of stone and slabs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the slab gallery, ensuring materials are safely and attractively displayed.
  • Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members including slab handlers and equipment operators.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist customers (retail and trade) with slab selection, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Conduct gallery tours and maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly environment.
  • Coordinate inventory flow and logistics for all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of material movement, usage, and damage.
  • Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance as needed.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience
  • 3+ years operating a counterbalance forklift and overhead crane (valid licenses required)
  • Experience in the tile, stone, or slab industry preferred
  • Valid G Driver’s License with a clean abstract
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with inventory software (e.g., P21) is an asset
  • Post-secondary education or GED preferred
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $25 – $28/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Certifications:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
  • Valid Overhead Crane Certification

Senior Accountant (CPA) in Markham | $80-$110k/annually (2025-06-19)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant (CPA) to join our growing team in Markham. The company is a leading manufacturer of functional athletic apparel and outerwear, offering a dynamic environment that includes manufacturing and factory operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with production, warehouse, payroll, and external auditors. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting and bookkeeping operations across the group of companies and prepare audit documentation while coordinating with external auditors annually.  

This role is ideal for someone with 8–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, who excels in both operational and management accounting. Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping for the group and subsidiaries using QuickBooks Online and ERP systems.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements, intercompany reconciliations, and ensure accurate accounts payable/receivable processing.
  • Monitor inventory accounting, cost tracking, factory overhead, and support cost accounting and pricing strategies.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and prepare financial reports to support senior management decisions.
  • Coordinate and support annual external audits, including documentation and schedule preparation.
  • Collaborate with payroll to validate processing across all subsidiaries.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and enforce internal controls to protect company assets.
  • Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and other external parties as needed.
  • Support system improvements and upgrades for accounting software and provide training to subsidiary teams as required.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is a must.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing and factory environments.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Canadian accounting principles.
  • Experience handling accounting across multiple subsidiaries and complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are a strong asset.

We are hiring a Shipper/Receiver to join our customer site in Vaughan.  The company is a specialized manufacturer of PCB-level RF/EMI shielding metalwork for electronic devices. Focused on delivering application-specific solutions to their global clientele to fit their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have experience handling customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international shipping regulations. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, filling out required forms, and working closely with carriers to guarantee timely delivery. The candidate’s attention to detail and strong logistics management skills will be crucial in supporting the company’s ongoing success in the global market.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Shipper / Receiver function with at least 3 years of that experience involving shipping internationally.

The duties of the Shipper/Receiver include:

  • Complete paperwork and ship packages domestically and internationally.
  • Receive incoming packages, perform inspections of goods received, and route material to the correct department.
  • Direct workflow in the packaging department to ensure shipments are ready to leave by the requested date.
  • Maintain shipping materials inventory.
  • Pull stock and organize packages as required.
  • Document transactions and flow of controlled goods to/from stock.
  • Schedule and follow up with carriers.
  • General housekeeping tasks within the shipping/receiving area.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Shipper/Receiver in a manufacturing environment.

  • Extensive experience preparing international shipments including customs documents. (NAFTA Cert, Commercial Invoice, B13).
  • Extensive knowledge of major couriers – FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etc. including how to operate their respective software packages.

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our client’s dynamic heavy machinery equipment supplier warehouse team in Pickering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently move, locate, and store products within our distribution center. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. This is beginning as summer employment with the opportunity to work long-term.

Your day to day routine:

  • Packing product into boxes
  • Shipping products in a timely manner to customers
  • Manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling and sorting
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead Hand
  • Able to pick product from the pick tower

What you need to qualify:
