We are currently seeking one, possibly two AZ Manual Drivers to join a reputable company in Barrie. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers who take pride in safety, reliability, and hands-on work.

Position Details

• Job Title: AZ Manual Driver
• Location: Barrie, ON
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Pay: Starting at $30/hr
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)

Start Date: February 2, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety inspections and maintain accurate driving logs in compliance with MTO regulations.
• Load and unload glass and related materials for delivery.
• Work closely with the shipping department to coordinate deliveries and maintain equipment.
• Report any damage to loads or equipment promptly.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs as needed to ensure safe operation.
• Complete required training with the driving and warehouse teams (training costs covered).

Requirements

• Valid AZ license with manual transmission experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information

• One role is a maternity leave coverage; the second may be contingent on immigration permit status.
• Successful candidates must complete a 3-month probationary period before permanent status review.
• Pay increases based on performance and/or collective agreement requirements
