We’re recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for an electrical distribution company in the Newmarket area and we are seeking someone who’s ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation, this is your chance to join a growing company that values initiative, mentorship, and advancement.

Compensation:

• $45K-55K/year – based on experience
• Monday – Friday – 9:00AM-5:00PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support Outside Sales with lead qualification, quote preparation, and customer follow-ups
• Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to qualify leads, prepare quotes, and follow up with customers
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
• Support the Operations Team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented experience to all customers

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 -3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation (required)
• Previous experience in Electrical Distribution would be an asset, but not required
• Strong and proven communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone and email interactions.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new tools and systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive and accountable attitude
