We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and experienced Events Sales Coordinator with a background in hospitality, events, or hotel sales. If you’re passionate about connecting with clients, driving event bookings, and rolling up your sleeves to help deliver outstanding events — we want to hear from you!

Location: Edmonton, AB (and surrounding area)
Hours: 30–32 hours/week (additional hours required during events)
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generating new business by building and nurturing client relationships to secure event sales
• Actively participating in events — from set-up to execution and post-event follow-up
• Coordinating event logistics to ensure a smooth experience for clients and guests
• Collaborating with a small, supportive team to bring events to life
• Managing bookings, schedules, and communications with precision and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in event sales and coordination (hospitality, hotel, or special events industry)
• A people-person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities with the flexibility to pivot quickly when needed
• A motivated, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
