Our client, a private investment and asset management firm focused on commercial real estate and long-term investments in operating businesses, is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to support the Chairman directly. This is not a junior administrative role. It is a high-trust position focused on executive coordination, decision support, and investor-related communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, summaries, and presentations
  • Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate investor meetings, materials, and communications
  • Organize complex information into clear, actionable formats
  • Liaise with internal teams and external advisors as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior leadership (Chairman, CEO, Partner level)
  • Background in investment, real estate, private equity, family office, or similar environments preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, executive-level setting

Additional Details

  • Some flexibility outside standard business hours may be required
  • Additional time worked is compensated with time off or flexible scheduling

Preferred (not required):

  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
  • Experience supporting investor relations or capital-related work
