We need several hard working, motivated, and dependable Framers, Framer Helpers & Labourers (like you!) who are looking for long-term employment. These are full-time positions in Kelowna, BC.

Pay Rate:

• Framers: $30.00 – $38.00 / hour
• Framer Helper / Apprentice: $21.00 – $28.00 / hour
• Labourer: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour

Shift Times:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Possibility of Overtime

WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:

Framers:

• Safely and comfortably operate pneumatic tools such as nail guns and various power tools such as saws and drills.
• Has a basic understanding of how to read and interpret building plans, technical drawings and specifications.
• Can competently joist & sheath a floor.
• Sloped roof experience is an asset.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Dependable.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team and to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Safety conscious.

Framer Helper / Apprentice:

• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
• Safely and comfortably operate pneumatic tools such as nail guns and various power tools such as saws and drills.
• Dependable.
• Take direction and work well in a team environment
• Career oriented

Labourer:

• Experience is an asset but is not required.
