We’re recruiting for a Production Machine Operator to join a growing team and help keep operations running at peak performance.

Shift Schedule (12-Hour Rotating Shifts)

Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shifts rotate every other week:

Shift Group 1

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Shift Group 2

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

What You’ll Do

• Operate production machinery with confidence and efficiency
• Load, monitor, and troubleshoot machines to maximize uptime
• Prepare materials and batches for your assigned production line
• Work closely with team leads and supervisors for support and direction
• Inspect machine components for wear or performance issues
• Maintain 5S standards—clean, safe, and organized workspaces
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize your area daily
• Properly dispose of waste (no mixing pulp and garbage)
• Follow all health and safety policies, including proper PPE use

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing experience (an asset)
• Prior machine operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
