We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our small, specialized shop. This is not production work – instead, you’ll focus on custom, one-off projects, primarily machining rods, pistons, barrels, and tubes for hydraulic cylinders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machining custom rods, pistons, barrels, and tubes to precise specifications
• Performing weld prep for builds
• Working from drawings and specifications to deliver accurate, high-quality work
• Collaborating with a small team to support custom builds and repairs
• knowledge of teardown, inspection, honing, assembly of hydraulic cylinders

• Wage: Dependent on skill set and experience
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (overtime available)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a manual machinist
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and shop safety practices

• Have hydraulic cylinder experience and know how to use calipers and micrometers
