Our client, a leading manufacturer, is looking to add Production Workers to their growing team in Barrie, Ontario.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Position: Production Worker
Shift: Day and Afternoon Shifts
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Must have own transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform assembly and packaging tasks according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
