Our client in the sign industry is currently looking for an experienced Sign Installer to support their growing business in SWO! If you are looking to work with a company that values work/life balance in the sign industry, this could be the opportunity for you!

Flexible Work Schedule: Mon- Friday 8am – 5pm

Pay Rate: $20-$25 hourly depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Service various signs indoors or outside in accordance with company guidelines and safe practices including all Municipal and Provincial guidelines.
• Ability and knowledge to work with common industry tools and/or equipment.
• Perform and submit various reports for vehicle safety at the start or end of the shift in accordance with the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario and/or any Provincial Province guidelines in Canada.
• Complete reports, tasks, and projects with the use of phone, tablet, and company equipment.
• Perform regular scheduled minor vehicle maintenance as necessary.
• Ability to take pictures and measurements for surveys and or reporting purposes during installation projects.
• Leaving work area including all tools, equipment, and vehicles organized at the end of the shift.
• Record, submit complete records of each project assigned including truck tools, equipment & inventory
• Occasional evening/night shifts may be required. This is considered on a regular work week pay structure up to the maximum of 44-hours per week with overtime paid at time and a half.

Qualifications

• 2+ year in the sign industry as an installer
• Exceptional time management, project management, and communication skills.
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Ability to communicate and work with teammates at various departments and levels within the company.
• Have (in good working order) your own required tools and/or items deemed necessary to complete certain projects.
• Working at Heights Certification
• Have a valid Ontario “G” Driver’s License
• AZ license preferred or a willingness to obtain (will be paid for by our company)
• Ability to always work safe with others.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a benefit
