What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions that align with project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and quotations to showcase product value.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution and product promotion.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and trade shows to represent the company and expand market reach.
- Manage RFP/RFI responses and negotiate contract terms to secure favorable agreements.
- Stay current on product specifications, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
What We’re Looking For
- College diploma or university degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical or construction sales, preferably with exposure to utilities or electrical substations.
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (local and international) and hold a valid Ontario driver’s license.
