• Job Types:  Full-time – 11 hr shifts
• Pay Rate:  $23.00/hr
• Work Location: Balzac, Rocky View – NOT TRANSIT ACCESSIBLE
• Schedule: Saturday- Thursday OR Wednesday – Saturday.
  • Overnight Rotation  
  • 4:00pm-3:00am

What You’ll Do:

1. Engagement – onboard, coach and motivate IS2 Associates
2. Operations – Overseeing the warehouse operations and IS2 associates
3. Performance – Ensure the quality, productivity, safety and compliance of IS2 associates working within the standard operating requirements of the company.
4. Safety & compliance – enforcing procedures are being followed within company policies
5. Workforce Planning – Managing schedules and workflow efficiency
6. Monitor and support IS2 associates’ efficiency, productivity and accountability.
7. Reporting – Weekly reporting and analytics
8. Assist other areas when needed.

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Strong leadership, teaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software is an asset.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Equipment Experience:

• Pallet/ Power jack experience is an asset but not required
• Experience with RF Scanner is an asset but not required
• Forklift experience with valid driver’s license

Special Conditions Of Employment:

• Reliable transportation (public transit not available)
• Must have CSA-approved safety boots and reflective vest
• Must be Health & Safety conscious
