Please note that IS2 will not be mailing out T4s for 2021 to all employees.* IS2 Employees can download a digital (PDF) version of their T4 through our secure employee portal.
Follow these steps to access your T4 through the Employee Portal:

Log into your Employee Portal* using your user name and password.
(This is the same place you go to view your pay stubs.)

Select ‘Pay History’

Resetting your password in the Employee Portal.
If you’ve lost or don’t remember your portal password – you can follow these steps:
Password Reset Step 1
Click the ‘Can’t Access Account’ link..
Password Reset – Step 2
Fill in your username and click submit.
Password Reset – Step 3
Enter the answers to your account security questions and hit ‘Submit’. You will now be able to change your password.
Retrieving Your Username in the Employee Portal
Username Retrieval – Step 1
If you can’t remember your password OR your username – then fill out your first and last name as well as either your email address or the last 4 digits of your SIN.
Username Retrieval – Step 2
Enter the answers to your account security questions and hit ‘Submit’. Our system will send a verification code and a link to reset your account information to the email address you registered with. This may take up to 5 minutes.
Username Retrieval – Step 3
You will receive an email to reset your password and/or create a new username and password. Click the link in this email and follow the steps outlined at the top of the page to access your your T4.
